This Privacy Policy describes how Jupy LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with StudiQ, a student productivity application available on Android (package identifier com.jupy.studiq).

By installing or using StudiQ, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.

StudiQ is a fully offline, local-only application. We do not collect, access, or process any of the following:

• Name, email address, phone number, or any identity data
• Location data (GPS or network-based)
• Device identifiers (IMEI, Advertising ID, etc.)
• Usage analytics or behavioral telemetry
• Crash reports or diagnostic logs sent to external servers
• Contacts, calendar events, or call history
• Microphone or camera data
• Financial or payment information

All data you enter into StudiQ is stored exclusively in your device's private application storage. It is never uploaded, synced, or shared. The following table summarises what is saved and why:

All of the above data is written to a single file inside the app's sandboxed private directory and is inaccessible to other apps on the device without root access.

StudiQ requests only the minimal permissions required to function. No permission is used to collect or transmit data.

StudiQ does not integrate any analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social-login SDK. The following open-source Flutter packages are used solely for rendering the UI; none of them communicate with external servers:

We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer any data to third parties. We cannot do so because we never have access to your data in the first place — it exists only on your personal device.

• No data brokers or data marketplaces
• No advertising networks or targeted-ad profiling
• No government or law-enforcement data requests (we hold no data)
• No business transfers — even in a merger or acquisition, no user data would be transferred because none exists on our servers

All data is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete your data at any time using one of the following methods:

• In-app export & wipe: Use the Settings → Export Backup option to save a copy of your data, then clear it from within the app.
• Clear app data: Go to your device's Settings → Apps → StudiQ → Storage → Clear Data. This permanently removes all app data from your device.
• Uninstall: Uninstalling StudiQ removes all locally stored data automatically.

Because Jupy LLC never receives your data, there is no server-side deletion request process.

StudiQ is a general-audience application suitable for users of all ages, including students under 13. Because the app collects no personal information whatsoever, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations by design.

Parents and guardians can verify that no data leaves the device by reviewing the app's declared permissions in the Google Play Store listing or in the device's app settings.

StudiQ stores all data in the application's private, sandboxed storage directory provided by the Android operating system. This storage:

• Is inaccessible to other installed applications
• Is automatically encrypted on devices with file-based encryption enabled (Android 7.0+)
• Is protected by the device's lock screen credentials
• Cannot be accessed remotely because the app has no network permission

We encourage users to protect their devices with a strong PIN, password, or biometric lock as an additional layer of security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under data protection laws such as the GDPR (EU/EEA), CCPA (California), or PDPA (Thailand), including rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection to processing.

Because StudiQ does not collect or process any personal data on external servers, there is no data held by Jupy LLC to access, correct, or erase. You exercise all rights directly on your own device.
