This Privacy Policy describes how Jupy LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Photo AI mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

Photo AI does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

All photo processing — including AI background removal, cropping, resizing, and exporting — is performed entirely on your device. No photos, images, or personal information are ever uploaded to our servers or any third-party service.

We do not collect:

Your name, email address, or contact details
Photos or images you edit in the app
Device identifiers or location data
Usage analytics or behavioral data

2. Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions:

Camera — to allow you to take a new photo directly within the app. Photos are only used locally and are never transmitted.
Photo Library / Storage — to allow you to import an existing photo for editing and to save your finished photo to your device. No photos leave your device.
Internet — used solely to process in-app purchases (Google Play Billing). No user data or photos are transmitted over the internet.

3. In-App Purchases

Photo AI offers optional in-app donations (e.g., "Buy a Tea", "Buy a Coffee", "Buy a Pizza") processed through Google Play Billing. All payment transactions are handled entirely by Google. We do not receive, store, or process any payment card information or billing details. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles payment data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following on-device frameworks:

Google ML Kit (Selfie Segmentation) — runs entirely on-device to perform AI background removal. No data is sent to Google's servers when using this feature.
Google Play Billing — used only when you initiate an in-app purchase.

We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or data brokers.

5. Data Storage

All data created by the App — including edited photos and app preferences — is stored locally on your device only. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the app's data from your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

6. Children's Privacy

Photo AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App does not collect any data at all, there is no risk of inadvertent collection from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
